If there is an issue with your order after it is delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to let us know.  

Cancellations

  • If you wish cancel your order,  please contact us within 1 business day of placing it and offer you a full refund. 

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns & Exchanges
    • To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn and unused. Any scratches, stains or signs of wear will make your item unreturnable.  Please note our care recommendations on our FAQ page for all products - we are not responsible for replacing items because of shrinking or wrong sizes.   
    • Return and exchange requests for a different style, color, brand or product from the originally-ordered item will not be accepted.  
    • Exchanges will only be given if the incorrect size of a product was ordered.
    • In the event a return is requested and approved, the same item will be exchanged in the corrected size.
  • Refunds & Replacements
    • All sales are final, unless cancellation terms listed above are met.
    • In the event your item qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned to the card the order was placed with through the ordering website.
    • To qualify for a replacement, your item must have a production error, such as a printing error, product defect, or incorrect size/color/product upon fulfillment. 
    • Other than the reason for refund (production error), item must be must be returned unworn and unused. Any scratches, stains or signs of wear will make your item unreturnable and a refund will not be issued.
    • In the event your item qualifies for a replacement, the same item will be ordered as your original order.
